Did you know that the first ever edition of the 911 was powered by a 2.0-liter 130HP air-cooled flat-six mated to a “Type 901” gearbox. Ferdinand “Butzi” Porsche,son of Ferdinand "Ferry" Porsche designed this model. The car was designed to be very compact in size. Porsche history lesson...
An interesting history lesson for the early Porsche fans out there, although no doubt most of you will know.. In 1949 at the Geneva Motor Show the first ever Porsche 356 was shown to general public. These earlier versions of the car were actually hand built in Austria at Gmund. The A model was produced as far as 1959, the B model until 1962, and the C version up as far as 1965. Update on the rare Speedster
A couple of weeks ago we covered the details of a project on an extremely rare Speedster. We are just about done and the car will be soon leaving our shop. There are some new pictures of the leather seats and finished dash. The car looked amazing before and it's on a new level now! Tony Garcia and the Autobahn Interiors team outdid themselves on this project, excellent work throughout combined with the expected meticulous attention to detail that goes into every project


Classic Cabriolet
We recently finished work on a 1958 Silver Cabriolet. We did a full Red leather interior with Red German carpet to match, Black Sonnendeck material for the top and boot. Truly beautiful Red and Silver color combo. See for yourself.


White 911 with RS designs
This project was on a 1972 911 in White. The owner had some special requests fro door pulls which we installed. The interiors was fimished in RS with lightweight RS carpet to match and RS door panels to complete the look. The final touch were RS rubber floor mats and a German Perforated healdiner.
